We offer a comprehensive approach to support expectant mothers on their journey toward a healthy and empowered pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga classes combine the benefits of gentle physical exercise, relaxation techniques, and specialized guidance to address the unique needs of pregnant women.

Purchase includes attendance to 4 sessions.

Taught weekly by our in-house prenatal yoga instructor Morgan either in person at Oasis PT or virtually.

Space limited to 5 in-person and 5 virtual participants each week.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
