    Leah is a full-spectrum doula, perinatal social worker, lactation counselor and childbirth educator. She founded Sweet Bee Services to personalize and sweeten every step of the reproductive journey.

    Executive Virtual Assistant

    Helena is a dedicated and astute virtual assistant with a profound commitment to empowering women owned small business owners. Her passion lies in seamlessly integrating technology to optimize efficiency and streamline operations, allowing entrepreneurs to focus on the core objectives of their business. Armed with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she navigates the digital landscape to provide tailored solutions that enhance productivity and foster growth.

  • Camille Sealy, MPH, M.Ed., C.D.

    Birth & Postpartum Doula

    Camille Sealy is a National Black Doula Association-certified full-spectrum doula. She offers culturally competent care from preconception to postpartum with an eye towards reproductive justice, ensuring equity in family planning decisions for all families. In her spare time, Camille enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with family. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Iris House and volunteers with the National Museum of African American History and Culture, Martha’s Table, and Higher Achievement.

  • Jazmine Anderson, CD

    Jazmine, aka Jaz the Doula, is passionate about protection during the pregnancy and birth process. To her, this means protecting the birthing person’s energy and space during pregnancy, educating birthing parents and their support circles, and being a buffer when necessary. Jaz believes everything happens in divine timing and vows to ensure a protected experience for birthing parents.

  • K'Andra Ajayi-Johnson, CD, CBS

    K’Andra is a Postpartum Doula certified through the National Black Doula Association and a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist trained through Lactation Education Resources. A veteran, wife, and mother of 2 children whom she enjoyed breastfeeding even while overcoming many challenges. Her passion gradually grew into her profession by providing unwavering support to family and friends during their journeys. She prides herself on being committed to continuously developing her skills and always ready to face new challenges. As your postpartum doula, K’Andra offers lactation education, light household duties, and overnight or daytime support. Families can expect a nurturing, nonjudgmental, and peaceful environment to help make your postpartum experience memorable for everyone involved.

    Postpartum Doula

    Jana discovered her calling after two distinct postpartum experiences. Jana is passionate about the 4th trimester! She provides evidence-based support for emotional and physical recovery with a patient, friendly and calming demeanor. She works to understand your unique needs while transitioning through postpartum. She empowers families to succeed and set up systems that make life easier, including light household tasks, preparing snacks, and even nursery organization!

    Registered Dietitian & Virtual Doula

    As a registered dietitian, fitness instructor, and doula, Erika enjoys watching people become educated and empowered through both food and movement. Her intuition and life experiences professionally and as a mother of 4, including a set of twins, allow her to take a mind, body, and soul approach to help clients holistically.

    Birth/Postpartum Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and Perinatal Nutritionist

    I am TeKuay Stukes. I am a certified birthing and postpartum doula as well as a breastfeeding counselor and perinatal nutritionist. My reason for becoming a doula was to give black and brown women a chance at having a positive birth experience. There are so many factors that go into being a doula, but my main goal is to be the voice for the birthing person and the family. I genuinely love helping others. It gives me great joy knowing that I made a positive impact on a family while they are going through one of the most exciting times in their lives.

  • Sonya Worthy-Okolo, PT, Birth Doula

    Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist & Birth Doula

    As a Physical Therapist for over 25 years, Sonya prides herself on maintaining a patient-centered experience grounded in a firm foundation of clinical practice. Her passion for pelvic rehabilitative specialization arose after my own time as a pelvic health patient. A mother and trained birth doula, she strongly believes in preventative measures for pelvic wellness. Her personal experiences, belief in the mind-body connection, and empathic nature give her a unique perspective as she provides a whole-body, individualized approach to pelvic rehabilitation.

  • Morgan Reid, Prenatal Yoga Instructor

    Morgan is a passionate prenatal yoga instructor dedicated to fostering the mind, body, and spirit connection. She joins the team with additional expertise in positive psychology and health coaching. Morgan's unwavering commitment to holistic well-being drives her pursuit of a second master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, aiming to become a licensed therapist. She believes in the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, offering nurturing classes and private sessions to help individuals tap into their inner strength as they achieve optimal mental and emotional well-being.

  • Marcus Stanback, 500 HR RYT, CST

    Yoga Instructor & Stretch Therapist

    Marcus Stanback is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Stretch Therapist and founder of Daily Growth Yoga. Marcus has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2016. Originally beginning yoga to relieve back pain, he saw benefits from the connection of breath to movement and mindfulness. As a former D1 athlete, he enjoys finding ways to use yoga to challenge individuals to build their awareness so he shares subtle aspects of yoga through intentional breathing and alignment-based exploration of the postures. Marcus offers Stretch Therapy as a pre-hab and stress relief service that combines breathing and assisted stretch. Stretch Therapy can offer physical relief, emotional support, and an energetic boost.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Nicole Spiegel-Gotsch is a proud Latina and Founder & CEO of Mavyn, a marketing strategy consultancy that helps founders build, launch and grow their businesses. She brings a mix of creative and business skills to the table that comes from 20+ years working with startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 clients alike. Nicole’s background is multidisciplinary, spanning marketing, branding, content, and product. She holds a Master's degree in Graphic Communications Management & Technology from NYU. Among Nicole’s many interests are communication, digital health, startups, and entrepreneurship.
