Meet the Bees: Highlighting Erika Watson-Lawson

At Sweet Bee Services, our team is made up of experts dedicated to supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. From doulas and physical therapists to nutrition specialists, each team member brings a unique perspective to help you navigate this life-changing season with confidence. Today, we’re thrilled to introduce Erika Watson-Lawson, our registered dietitian and maternal health advocate.

Meet Erika: Simplifying Nutrition for Families

Erika Watson-Lawson has been a registered dietitian for over 20 years and joined the Sweet Bee Services team to focus on maternal health. A few years ago, Erika expanded her expertise by becoming a doula. Her transition into maternal health was driven by her desire to address health disparities in the space—many of which, she noticed, could be improved with better nutrition.

“I’m here to simplify nutrition for you and your family,” Erika explains. “Whether it’s during pregnancy, postpartum, or your lactation journey, my goal is to make managing nutrition easy.”

Erika’s expertise is invaluable in guiding families through the unique nutritional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. From managing gestational diabetes to ensuring adequate nutrition for breastfeeding, she provides personalized, actionable advice to help clients feel empowered and nourished. Her dual roles as a dietitian and doula make her uniquely positioned to support families with both evidence-based care and compassionate understanding.
