If you’re anything like I was as a new doula, you’re fired up to start serving clients but may be unsure where to start. That’s why I created the Sweet Bee Services Mentorship program to make it easier for new doulas (like you) to find your footing.

In the Sweet Bee Services Mentorship program, you’ll get the benefits of my experience as a perinatal social worker, full-spectrum doula, and birth work business combined with my lived experience with nearly 100 families.
I’ll walk with you for 3 months as we:
Solidify your footing as a birth worker
Complete your certification requirements
Lay a solid foundation that will lead to a successful, sustainable doula career
Depending on the option you choose, you’ll also have a chance to shadow a Sweet Bee Services doula virtually or in person!
Choose from one of two tracks—Independent or Collaborative—to clarify who you serve, how you’ll show up for them, and to start seeing the clients meant for you.

Nope! This program is designed to help you meet the requirements to get your doula certification.

The mentorship program is designed to be completed in 3 months. If you choose the Independent Track, you can move through the modules more quickly. The group coaching calls are paced throughout the modules for the Collaborative Track mentees.

We currently offer a bi-monthly or monthly payment plan option. Ask for more information by emailing hello@sweetbeedoula.com

The program is designed to be completed in 3 months. We recommend taking about 1-2 weeks per each of the 6 modules to have enough time for writing and task completion. As we move the process, and you become more familiar with the work, less time may be required per module.

The goal is for you to walk away having solidified your doula career and ready to obtain your certification. Our mentees leave knowing who they serve, who they best function as birth workers, and what it looks like to be a doula in real-time.
They receive a certificate of completion for our program, can receive a nomination letter from Doula Leah to receive their doula certification. Additionally, our mentees complete the necessary business and legal requirements to begin serving clients, receive real-time support during labor and client interactions, and leave with a built-in community to support their long-lasting doula career.
